In summer 2016, I participated in HartBeat Ensemble's Youth Play Institute, a five-week paid internship in acting and playwriting. At the end of session, we presented an original one-act play using the broad theme of gun control and the 2nd Amendment. Using HartBeat's method of first-hand interviews and investigative theater tactics, we interviewed over a dozen people, including Senator Chris Murphy (CT). A Bullet's Conscience was presented at the Carriage House Theater in Hartford. It was the first time I sang on stage, a piece I wrote in collaboration with my fellow actor Laugh (pictured above). Some of our advance press included coverage in the Middletown Press and WNPR.

Theater Training: I studied acting with Ann Ratray, Raphael Peacock and Sonya Baehr and I studied dance and choreography with Ellen Robbins' Dances for Young Choreographers at New York Live Arts (2007-2014). Summer intensives include HartBeat Ensemble's Youth Play Institute (2016) and Center for Creative Youth (2017), a pre-college residential program on the campus of Wesleyan University (CT). Prior to attending Poly Prep, I attended New York’s Professional Performing Arts High School (PPAS).
